My Story.

I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I was 15 when I fell in love with running. In college, I discovered weight training and have been doing it ever since. It wasn’t until I changed my nutrition that I was able to see physical changes in my body- and all the years of active lifestyle were actually showing. Three years ago, my body truly transformed. I lost 20 pounds & not only kept off the weight but was also able to maintain muscle. My other passion besides fitness is cooking, and eating! Im a huge foodie & I love to create recipes. Combining the two has been a game changer. I’ve been able to still enjoy all the foods I love, within moderation and without any guilt!

My mission is to show you that you can still enjoy the foods you love, in a way that will not deter you from your fitness goals. I want to help people be able to lose weight sustainably and be able to keep it off without sacrificing their favorite meals.
